I mean even when they were tolerable like in Magnet Man stage, and both version of Astro Man (yes even Megaman and Bass), if they were out of the game I would never have said: «this game sucks because it doesn't have disappearing blocks in it! 0/10! » By the way, why does disappearing blocks reappeared in other Megaman games. The flying plateformes are annoying and it's the first to introduce disapearing blocks and in this stage they are not well done. His look is pretty simple but effective, his weapon is very cool (no pun intended) being able to freeze ennemies and kill them with other weapons, and his fight is very simple but very effective, and it's in fact my favorite in the game! His stage though, is not really good. We are in 2019, and it's still number 2! That being said, Ice Man is decent. I know this guy is here because of Chuck Norris memes but shouldn't this guy make a huge decline in the list by the time this meme dies. The only problem is the end of his stage, with those cloud platforms that have the bad collision. His fight though, I'm not a big fan of, and I don't know exactly why. I love his design, it's very original! His stage is great, and his weapon is surprisingly usefull because of the level-design convincing you to use this weapon. But still, Snake Man is okay, and he is awesome as well. It may pack a punch, but for flying enemies, which is like a quarter of Mega Man 3, you are better off with Shadow Blade. I wish the Search Snake can grab items, but it just looks weird when you shoot it as well. Sadly, I think his weapon is only really useful on Gemini Man. When you get to him, he matches you to an easy fight if you have the Needle Cannon. There is not much of a backstory or famous point for him, but that's fine. Metal man in my opinion is the best boss in every mega man game first he has good music in his level and I like how there is a conveyor belt in the boss fight also I think it is funny that he gets destroyed with his own metal blade also he is so cool and using his power is cool.Īh, Snake Man. Personally, I don't like this, even though it's kind of fun to use because of that. The reason for that is not only most weapons being boring or useless, but also most weapons are overshadowed by Metal Man's weapon: the metal blade. Also, his weapon highlight one of Megaman 2 biggest weaknesses: the weapon selection being the worst Megaman weapon selection in the franchise besides x7, and maybe 圆. That's the thing with me: on one hand I'm not good at fighting Metal Man (on hard mode at least), but on the other hand I never understood why burner man is consider too hard. It's cool to watch because of the conveyor belt, but I don't like the pattern of his blades. Great design, best stage in the game, and great music. He got my vote for best robot master in 2. Now, to contradict Ice Man fans, I think Freeze man from Megaman 7 is better. The only problem is that it's actually too good but even then I don't care. Metal Blade is not only cool looking, it's very effective to kill any enemy that can take damage from it. However his greatest attribute is his weapon. He is one of the coolest looking Megaman robot and he have a pretty good fight that can be challenging in hard mode (at least without quick boomerang or ya know).
Metal Man stage music is one of the greatest Megaman music even though I prefer Quick Man stage music. His level gets the job done even though I prefer Air Man stage in this game.
However, I agree with most people when they say metal man is the best. For example, I think that all 6 megaman on the NES are the best NES games by far, but many people will disagree by saying that smb3 is better. Normally, I'm the kind of guy that have an opinion different from others.
Have you ever used his own weapon on him in your rematch at the Game's end? One hit, bam. Wily's big vehicle in the first battle at the end, those wall thingies and even himself. It's the most effective weapon to use on Bubble Man, Flash Man, Dr. I use it through most of the remainder of the game after obtaining it. This guy has the most effective weapon in ANY Mega Man game.
